The term ‘3T Mobile’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website who is registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 201222865G. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Your Order and Purchase
By placing an order through the 3T Mobile website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are residing in Singapore.
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your sales order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to 3T Mobile to buy a Product. All on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you via email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.
Subjected to actual stock availability, item orders may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded of the amount paid.
All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 7 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select when you check out your orders.
Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraints. In the event, if you are not satisfied with any products, you may return to us within 7 days after delivery. The Product must be unused in the original condition. Please refer to our “Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy”.
3T Mobile shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the Product purchased.
Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. The prices stated on the website are nett and exclusive of delivery charges. 3T Mobile reserves the right to change prices for the products displayed at the website at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all payments to be made through 3T Mobile website shall be made using PayPal®, PayNow, Visa, Master credit/debit card.
If you choose for the Goods to be delivered to you, delivery charges per Sales Order will be added to the price of your Goods and reflected in your Sales Order. All Goods purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore Main Island and Sentosa Island only (Exclude Restricted Area, eg; Government Facility & World Resort Sentosa).
3T Mobile will not be held liable for any missing parcels signed for and delivered to non-residential addresses e.g. Front Desk/Mail Room/Reception Area and in the event when wrong/ inaccurate address was provided. Multiple transactions made within the same day or invoice may not be delivered together. Orders will be delivered according to availability. In circumstances where you request to have their parcel placed in designated hiding areas, we are not liable for any loss of parcels. You might also have to be liable for additional delivery charges if repeated deliveries are required.
Our Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
Confirmed orders are not allowed to be cancelled after successful submission. The amendments of confirmed/ successful orders will be at the sole discretion of 3T Mobile. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.
You may return the Product to us within 7 days from date of delivery. All exchange product must be new, unused and in complete original packaging box. Delivery fees will NOT be refunded. We suggest adding a tracking number/ delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/ delivery.
We will do a one-time exchange of the Product. A top up of the price difference will be required if the value of the exchange item is higher than the original Product. There is no refund of price difference if the value of the exchange item is lower than the original product.
Return delivery fee is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
Products with manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please contact the respective local service centre for assistance. Product warranty is limited to solely internal defects and does not include physical defects such as broken parts, or wear and tear. Any product returned and found not faulty or in its original condition will be rejected.
All warranty is subjected to the company’s terms and conditions. 3T Mobile reserve the right to reject any claims.
All Sale and Promotional Products are not eligible for Exchanges.
Please note that return for refund will NOT be accepted.
